About This Episode
What you eat after a concussion isn't just about nutrition — it's about giving your brain the raw materials it needs to repair, rewire, and recover. In this episode, Dr. Ayla Wolf sits down with Natalie Gavi, a registered dietitian specializing in brain health and concussion recovery, to explore the powerful connection between food and neurological healing.
Natalie shares why standard dietary advice often falls short for concussion patients, and what the research actually says about fueling a healing brain. From anti-inflammatory foods to blood sugar regulation, omega-3s, and gut-brain connection, this episode is packed with practical, actionable guidance.
