3.1 Information You Provide to Us

When You create an account, contact Us, or submit a podcast advertising application, We may collect:

  • Email address
  • First name and last name
  • Phone number (if provided voluntarily)
  • Any messages or feedback You send to Us
  • Advertiser business and website details, selected podcast placements, proposed ad claims, call-to-action URL, discount-code request, and optional promotional code
  • For approved advertisers, Stripe customer/invoice references, payment status, final creative/script references, typed-name approval and timestamps, campaign delivery records, and manually entered Buzzsprout ad-download reporting

Podcast advertising applications do not collect payment-card numbers. Approved applicants receive a separate Stripe invoice; payment details are handled by Stripe. Audio files or scripts are sent by email, not uploaded through the application form.

3.2 Health and Symptom Data (App)

The App includes a Concussion Impact Tracker that allows You to rate and track concussion-related symptoms across multiple categories. This symptom data is:

  • Stored locally on Your device only, using your device's secure local storage.
  • Never transmitted to Life After Impact LLC servers unless You explicitly choose to share or export it (e.g., generating a PDF report to share with a healthcare provider).
  • Not used for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose.
  • Not accessible to Life After Impact LLC or any third party without Your affirmative action.

You are in full control of this data. You may delete it at any time by clearing the App's data through your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

Important: The Life After Impact App does not transmit health or symptom data to any server or third party. Please read our Medical Disclaimer for important information about using our health-related educational content.

3.3 Usage Data (Website and App)

We may automatically collect Usage Data when You access our Services. This may include:

  • Device type, operating system, and version
  • App version and feature usage patterns (App only)
  • IP address and browser type (Website only)
  • Pages visited and time spent on the Website

  • Advertising invoicing and delivery: For approved podcast advertisers, We provide necessary billing details to Stripe to issue and reconcile invoices. Approved ad content is manually delivered through Buzzsprout Dynamic Content for eligible audio episodes.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or in response to valid legal process.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to You.
  • With Your Consent: For any other purpose with Your explicit consent.

We do not share Your health or symptom data entered in the App with any third party.

6. Data Retention

We retain Your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period unless needed for security or service improvement purposes.

Health and symptom data entered in the App is stored solely on Your device and is not retained by Us. Deleting the App or clearing its data permanently removes this information.
